What you'll do

• Own the full stack - from database design to user-facing features, you'll touch every layer

• Build for scale from day one - we're not prototyping, we're building production systems that can handle millions of users

• Ship fast, iterate faster - weekly releases, not quarterly planning cycles

• Make technical decisions that align with business strategy - you're not just implementing specs, you're helping write them
