The Role – Your Passion

• You take care of everything around our camper vans – from getting them ready to checking them after return.

• You help your team during the cleaning and preparation – you’re not afraid to get involved.

• You guide and support your team members and help them stay motivated.

• You take part in trainings and help your team grow and learn.

• You check returned campers carefully, write down any problems, report them to our HQ in Munich, and make sure they are fixed – small things you do yourself, bigger repairs you organize with partners.

• You make sure our quality and safety rules are always followed.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• A completed training or apprenticeship – ideally in car rental, tourism or something similar.

• You enjoy helping people and working with customers – you are friendly, open and like to talk.

• You like to help out when needed and stay calm even when things get busy.

• You are well organized, like to solve problems and have a positive attitude.

• You speak very good Swedish and good English.

• You have a driver’s license (Class B).

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary range for this position is between 32000 SEK and 35000 SEK per month. We are currently introducing salary ranges in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. As we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more accurately, we will work together to determine which level within the salary range best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during an annual performance review.
