The role - your passion

• You are flexible and travelling to work at different stations in Porutgal (Faro, Lisbon, Porto), stepping in where support is needed but located in Faro

• During your assignments, you can live the vanlife dream by staying in one of our campervans.

• You put a smile on our customers' faces when they pick up and drop off their campers, ensuring they have an unforgettable roadsurfer experience.

• You support our station team with all daily tasks and make sure that our #happyroadsurfer leave the station happy.

• You'll lend a hand and take care of the exterior and interior cleaning of our campers

• You actively participate in shaping your work environment, are enthusiastic about new projects, and contribute your ideas

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You are highly flexible and have a strong willingness to travel

• You are a reliable problem solver and enjoy new challenges

• You are an open-minded person and interested in meeting different roadsurfer Teams and cultures all over Europe

• You are absolutely hands-on and always ready to lend a hand

• You speak fluent English; other languages of big advantage

• Class B driving license

• Valid Travel passport

The salary range for this position is between EUR 32,000 and EUR 32,400 gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly.

As we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience in more detail, we will jointly determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you.

Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year as part of an annual feedback discussion.
