Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative MBSE Engineer to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard.

- Translate operational needs into formal models and architectural views in collaboration with architects, systems engineers, and stakeholders.
- Develop business process models capturing workflows, dependencies, and performance impacts to inform design and integration decisions.
- Validate model accuracy, consistency, and traceability across requirements, interfaces, and solution elements; perform model verification and reconciliation.
- Apply MBSE best practices to reduce integration risk, improve system understanding, and enable data‑driven engineering decisions.
- Produce model‑based artifacts, review packages, and decision‑grade briefings for governance boards and program leadership.
- Mentor engineering teams on MBSE methods, tool usage, and model governance; enforce model configuration control and repository hygiene.
