White Marsh Family Dentistry is growing and now hiring a Full Time Dental Hygienist RDH!

As a Full Time Dental Hygienist RDH, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals at our practice with great hours!

This practice offers 1 hour prophy appointments alongside working with a great team of Doctors and staff!

Eligible for up to $5,000 Sign on Bonus!

Full Time Dental Hygienist Schedule:

Monday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Tuesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Wednesday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Thursday 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

1 hour break each day for lunch

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patients, ensuring a comfortable and positive experience
• Screening patients and providing quality care during check-ups
• Educating patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene care
• Reviewing patient's history and charting
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Support the dentist with procedures as needed

Qualifications

• Active Maryland Hygienist license required
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• Minimum 1 or more years of RDH clinical experience preferred, new grads are welcome!
• Knowledgeable about perio health and comfortable with patient education
• Experience with dental practice software
• Team Player - strong collaborator that is open, positive and flexible
