Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to sales support, client interactions, and CRM processes

• Evaluate the accuracy and value of AI-driven recommendations on sales workflows, customer management, and sales enablement

• Develop real-world sales scenarios and support case studies from your professional background

• Create scenario variations covering sales lifecycle, common objections, and best practices in sales support

• Identify gaps or risks in AI recommendations, providing actionable and structured feedback

• Guide how AI systems interpret and apply sales support principles and workflows

About You:

• Experienced Sales Support Specialist with a proven background in sales processes and client support

• Based in the EU or UK

• Familiar with CRM platforms, pipeline management, and sales operations best practices

• Analytical and detail-oriented, able to provide structured, practical feedback

• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote, asynchronous collaboration

When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
