10x Team connects top independent experts with innovative AI labs to accelerate the evolution of artificial intelligence. We’re searching for skilled quantitative modelers residing in the EU or UK to improve and guide AI’s approach to data-driven reasoning and complex modeling challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to quantitative modeling, analytics, and data interpretation

• Assess the technical accuracy and feasibility of AI-driven modeling scenarios

• Develop practical examples, use cases, and risk assessments from your quantitative experience

• Create scenario variations for varying modeling roles – data scientists, quantitative analysts, risk modelers

• Identify errors, gaps, or risks in AI-generated suggestions, providing actionable, constructive feedback

• Directly shape how AI models reason about quantitative logic, best practices, and industry requirements

About You:

• Experienced quantitative modeler, data scientist, or analytics expert with a strong record of developing and applying mathematical models in business or research contexts

• Based in the EU or UK

• Deep knowledge of advanced analytics, model building, and data-driven decision making

• Methodical, analytical, and able to deliver clear, actionable feedback

• Available 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with remote collaboration

For AI Lab roles, we scout, review, and approve profiles for access to future project opportunities.

The missions listed for AI Lab roles are not traditional job openings. AI Lab work is often highly confidential as this exposes information of what an AI Lab is working on, and project requests are unpredictable. When an AI Lab request comes in, we often need to respond within 24 hours with suitable talent.

Matching depends on the specific needs of each AI Lab project and your niche expertise. Once your profile is reviewed and approved, you may be matched to relevant AI Lab projects when suitable opportunities arise.

This can happen within hours, but it may also take months, depending on the researchers at the AI labs and their project needs.
