What You’ll Do

As a Lead Generator, you’ll:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Educate customers on the types of appointments and services we offer

• Schedule appointments with our call center

• Represent the company positively and confidently

• Work independently while being supported by a team

Who We’re Looking For

• Confident communicator who enjoys talking with people

• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented

• Someone who wants flexibility and control over their income

• No experience required — we provide all training

Compensation

• $20–$25 per hour starting range + commission

• Top performers currently earning $65,000–$85,000 annually
