Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care and administer medications/treatments safely
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
- Support individualized care plans and nursing interventions
- Supervise and delegate tasks to CNAs appropriately
- Complete accurate documentation, charting, and physician order transcription
- Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care coordination
- Maintain medication inventory and narcotic documentation
- Communicate effectively with families, physicians, and care teams
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident concerns
- Participate in trainings, staff meetings, and quality improvement activities
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Ability to meet physical demands of resident care in a pediatric setting
Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts LPN license required
- Valid driver’s license (Class C or D) required
