Job Description/Responsibilities

Join the Sazerac House team part-time as a Gift Shop Associate and help create memorable experiences for visitors from around the world. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, support daily retail operations, and help maintain an inviting and well-stocked gift shop environment. 

What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming guests, answering questions, and anticipating visitor needs• Maintain an organized, clean, and fully stocked gift shop, including daily inventory replenishment and packaging supplies• Recommend merchandise and assist with gift bags, cocktail kits, and gift set assembly• Collaborate with team members to create memorable guest experiences and support sales opportunities• Share feedback and improvement ideas to enhance gift shop and tour operations

Qualifications/Requirements

Required

• High School diploma or GED equivalent• 1+ years of customer service or retail experience• Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends• Must be at least 21 years of age

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
