STARTING PAY: $20.00/HR + BONUS PAY

The Assistant Manager is responsible for maintaining guest services, selling products, and promoting products and services offered by Ramona Tire by following the company’s store standards and expectations .

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Customer service and automotive sales experience
• Test drive, diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications
• Explain technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals, which may include employees and customers, as needed
• Stay current on technical information and techniques in formal training sessions to stay abreast of changing automotive technology
• Maintain an organized, neat and safe bay

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or Assistant Manager is helpful, but not required
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process driven environment
• Possess valid CA driver’s license, or obtain a valid CA driver’s license within 30 days of hire date
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
