We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber (Full-Time) to support both commercial and residential properties. This position offers steady, year-round work, a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, and a strong benefits package.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
Your mission is to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality plumbing systems across all properties while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform commercial plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair for a variety of systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues involving water supply, drainage systems, and fixtures
- Read and interpret plumbing blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and emergency service calls
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites at all times
- Document completed work and communicate material needs, repairs, and updates

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial plumbing (required)
- Experience in residential plumbing (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and manage daily workload efficiently
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
- Valid Tennessee driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
