About this role

Overview

Are you passionate about making a difference and driving social responsibility initiatives? This is a second shift position, offering a unique opportunity to impact lives and communities in a meaningful way. We are looking for a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, promoting, and executing the company's social responsibility activities.  

Responsibilities

  • Plans, promotes, and executes the social responsibility initiatives offered or developed by the company.
  • Emotional or Psychological Support and Referral of Cases in LYRA.
  • Understands and applies the NOM-035-STPS regulations.
  • Conducts benefit campaigns for employees.
  • Organizes recreational and cultural activities.
  • Plans motivational programs.
  • Participation in VIBE's iniciatives.
  • Supports Human Resources department activities.
  • Performs other assignments as needed.

    • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Social Work
    • Three years of experience in a similar position (manufacturing industry)
    • English Proficiency +85%
    • Experience with non-profit community support associations as well as governmental institution
    • Teamwork
    • Self-Initiative
    • Excellent Human Relations and Good Communication
    • Effective Communication at All Levels
