Description
- Collaborating with other engineers and logisticians in the execution of US government contracts for the sustainment and modification of USAF assets
- Participating as part of a team to design, build, and maintain electrical designs, firmware, hardware and software applications
- Reading, developing and revising electrical schematics
- Being willing to learn DoD designs, protocols, and specific languages as well as firmware-hardware integration and troubleshooting firmware, hardware, and software issues
- Overseeing the installation of components by technicians

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical preferred)
- 2-4 years of related professional experience
- Technical knowledge relating to electrical and systems engineering
- Expertise and proficiency in electrical engineering principles including design and analysis for electrical circuits, power systems, electronics and instrumentation
Desired Skills
- Some experience with aircraft systems, modification, and installation
- Some experience with software / firmware and hardware integration
Experience in at least one of the following areas:
High-speed board design, RF design, high-speed digital design, digital signal processing (DSP), FPGA
Software development
Strong math background
Experience with high-speed interfaces such as 10G or PCIe3+
Experience with Radar systems
Clearance Information
