Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to develop customer-centric solutions that address unique requirements and drive innovation. In this role, you will analyze customer needs to create tailor-made solution concepts, coordinate and implement projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, and act as the crucial interface between technology and the customer by translating technical requirements into practical, customer-oriented solutions. Additionally, you'll drive innovation by identifying new market potentials and trends, and ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction through effective customer support and training.

Your Responsibilities:

Solution Management:

  • Develop customer-centric solutions: Analyzing customer requirements and developing tailor-made solution concepts.

  • Project management: Coordinating and implementing projects in close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Interface between technology and customer: Translating technical requirements into customer-oriented solutions.

  • Driving innovation: Identifying new market potential and trends to further develop our offerings.

  • Customer support & training: Ensuring smooth onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in intralogistics, logistics consulting, or fulfillment operations.

Skills

  • Technical understanding: Strong knowledge of intralogistics technologies, systems, and tools.

  • Drawing & simulation skills: Experience with layout creation, CAD tools, or intralogistics simulation software is a plus.

  • Communication skills: Able to convey complex technical topics in a clear and simple way.

  • Language skills: Proficient in German and English.

  • Self-organization: Excellent organizational abilities with a structured, independent working style.

  • Multitasking: Capable of managing several projects simultaneously without losing focus.

  • Team player: Enjoys working collaboratively and communicates effectively in both on-site and virtual settings.
