About this role

Who We Are:

We build the intelligence that lets robots sense, reason, and act in the real world—moving beyond the lab and into everyday industrial settings like warehouses and factories. Our technology closes the automation gaps that traditional systems can’t solve. We are on a mission to redefine how physical work gets done, and we’re looking for curious, bold thinkers to help shape the future of robotics with us.

Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to expand our business and shape our market entry and customer journey. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative market strategies and ensure customer success. Your key responsibilities include identifying new opportunities in Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery, and 3PL; designing and executing go-to-market strategies; managing the customer journey from initial contact to contract signing and go-live; building and leading a high-performing team; and optimizing processes. Regular on-site visits (approximately 50% travel) are required to secure long-term partnerships.

Your Responsibilities:

Sales Management:

  • Market development: Identifying and developing new market segments and business opportunities in Fashion, General Merchandise, E-Grocery and 3PL.

  • Go-to-market design: Developing and implementing innovative market entry strategies in close cooperation with management.

  • Accompanying the customer journey: Taking over the entire process from the initial customer approach through negotiations to contract signing and go-live.

  • Team building and leadership: Recruiting and developing a powerful team and setting up efficient processes to support growth.

  • Designing processes: Optimizing existing processes and establishing new structures to drive our expansion.

  • Promote collaboration: Working closely with the Solutions Design and Operations departments to develop bespoke solutions for our customers.

  • Show presence: Regular on-site customer visits (approx. 50% on-the-road travel required) to build strong relationships and secure long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

  • Network in the logistics industry: Experience and contacts in the logistics or industrial sector are a plus.

  • Experience in growing companies: You know the dynamics and challenges of a scale-up and have already achieved success in a fast-growing environment.

  • Go-to-market expertise: Proven success in developing and implementing market entry strategies.

  • Technical understanding: An engineering background or affinity for technical products will make it easier for you to work with our internal teams.

Skills

  • Customer focus: Excellent communication and negotiation skills and the ability to accurately understand customer needs and offer solutions.

  • Language proficiency: Strong command of both German and English.

  • Structure and initiative: Experience in building teams, processes and efficient ways of working.

  • Willingness to travel: Flexibility for regular customer visits (approx. 50% on-the-road travel required).

Our interview plan:

  • Application

  • Take‑home assignment: You’ll work on a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline.

  • Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions.

  • Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role.

  • On‑site visit: Meet the team in our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll also meet a founder; we aim to give you a clear feel for the role and environment.

What We Offer:

  • Wellpass (gym membership)

  • A motivated team and an open corporate culture

  • Flexible work schedule: Remote or hybrid from the Stuttgart area - design your own working day.

  • Company car: An exclusive mobility offer that accompanies you everywhere.

  • Shape the future: Work for a market leader in AI solutions and actively contribute to the further development of our industry.
