About this role

Resend is growing fast, and there are now over 2 million developers using it. We need your help to create an exceptional brand that developers truly love. You will create content that helps them understand how to use the product, and advocating for their needs internally.

The DX team currently includes both an event organizer as well as a technical educator. We’re hiring a technical writer to complement the team.

This role is fully remote, based in the United States with expected travel for team offsites, conferences, meetups, and more.

In this role you will...

  • Write high-quality content, including blog posts, documentation, and tutorials

  • Facilitate changelog creation and help the team follow the same voice/tone

  • Develop demos to showcase the power of React Email and Resend

  • Increase brand awareness by keeping our social media channels active

  • Plan writing projects that include customer stories and SEO/GEO optimization

  • Be customer zero and provide feedback on new things before they are released

  • Enjoy doing collabs with other devtool companies

  • Have 5 years of software engineering or technical documentation experience

  • Care deeply about your personal brand and how it's perceived

  • Are fluent in writing and speaking English
