Core Responsibilities

  • 交通インフラ領域（主に鉄道、道路）の大手顧客向けに、MODEのIoTプラットフォーム×生成AIソリューションの提案営業

  • 顧客（企画部門・DX部門・技術部門・現場部門）の業務課題・運用課題を把握し、適切なソリューションへ落とし込み提案

  • 既存顧客の深耕、および新規案件の創出

  • プロダクトチーム・技術チームと連携し、PoC〜本番導入に向けた推進経験

Required Skills

  • 3年以上の法人営業（BtoB）経験技術的商材（IT / SaaS / ハードウェア等）を扱った提案・導入経験

  • 技術的商材（IT / SaaS / ハードウェア等）を扱った提案・導入経験

  • 顧客課題をもとにした提案書作成・プレゼンテーションスキル

  • 複数ステークホルダーを巻き込んだ案件推進能力

  • 自ら動いて顧客開拓・案件創出を行う実行力

  • 不確実性の高い状況下でも前に進む課題解決能力

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • 社会インフラ（鉄道、道路、物流、建設など）向け営業経験

  • スタートアップでの営業経験
