Yours is a role to lead ServiceNow Product Operations and will act as the key link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into scalable ServiceNow solutions. 

 

Sitting at the heart of business and technology, you’ll bridge stakeholder needs with engineering delivery, ensuring every solution is practical, impactful, and aligned with operational goals.

 

You will drive backlog prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning, while analysing current processes and designing improved workflows that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

 Central to your success in this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and engineering teams, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements. Moreover, defining and documenting business and user requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment with operational objectives. Importantly, owning and supporting backlog management, ensuring priorities reflect business value and strategic goals. About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate atleast 5 years experience in Business Analysis or Product Ownership, particularly within ServiceNow environments.

 

You are expected to have strong experience working with ServiceNow Platform in agile environments, with a structured, analytical mindset and the ability to translate business needs into impactful solutions while collaborating effectively across teams.

 

Naturally, you will possess solid understanding of data-related concepts such as ETL, data pipelines, tracking, logging, and distributed systems. with advanced skills in requirements modelling and documentation, using appropriate tools and frameworks We'd love to hear from you even more if you have experience with techniques such as affinity diagrams, user requirement specifications (URS), and technical writing. Additionally, a proactive, independent approach with the ability to guide and influence stakeholders at all levels
