At Almedia, we’re looking for an Organic Growth Manager to help scale our organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional growth role focused on driving sustainable user acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, experimentation, and AI-powered workflows. We’re looking for someone analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable operating across multiple organic growth disciplines.

Organic Growth Manager

Salary range: €60,000-70,000/annum

What You'll Do 🎯

• Own and scale organic growth initiatives across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO

• Conduct technical SEO audits and improve site architecture, indexing, internal linking, and schema

• Optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion potential

• Manage off-page SEO initiatives including backlinks and authority-building

• Run landing page experiments and improve organic conversion performance

• Support and optimize ASO initiatives

• Build scalable workflows using AI tools and automation
  

What You'll Bring 💡

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, organic growth, or growth marketing

• Strong understanding of technical SEO, content SEO, GEO, ASO, CRO, and off-page SEO

• Experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups

• Analytical, hypothesis-driven, and highly execution-oriented

• Comfortable working with AI tools and modern growth workflows

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
