Venture Manager (NYC)

Salary range: $140,000-170,000/annum

We are seeking an exceptionally driven and entrepreneurial Venture Manager to work directly with our leadership team, leading and building large-scale strategic projects from the ground up at Almedia. What You’ll Do 🎯

• Lead Strategic Projects: Manage and deliver large-scale ventures from inception to execution, ensuring alignment with Almedia’s quality standards and strategic goals.

• Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, maintaining proactive communication and managing expectations to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

• Develop and Enhance Methodologies: Lead workshops and apply innovative methods like Design Thinking and Lean Startup to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

• Mentor and Develop Teams: Guide and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Account and Proposal Management: Oversee small corporate accounts, including budgeting and stakeholder relationships, and lead the creation of tailored project proposals.
