About this role

Overview

FWI is building a team to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of DLIFLC teaching and instruction for all students, staff, faculty, and guests. This position will serve as the Government's primary point of contact and overall contract leader, bridging IT support services, cybersecurity, network infrastructure, and application development operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday,7:45am to 4:45pm at Presidio of Monterey in Monterey, CA.

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage overall contract performance and ensure all sections meet deliverables and performance standards
  • Oversee administrative functions including staffing, training, and resource allocation to meet all contract requirements
  • Liaise with Government stakeholders to establish priorities and coordinate new technology training
  • Maintain availability during regular business hours (7:45 AM - 4:45 PM PST) and during off-duty hours for maintenance and emergency conditions
  • Develop and maintain the Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure services meet PWS requirements
  • Manage contract phase-in/phase-out activities to ensure continuity of operations
  • Ensure compliance with all security requirements, training certifications, and personnel clearances
  • May be required to travel (CONUS/OCONUS)

Qualifications

Required: 

  • BA/BS from accredited college/university with minimum 5 years experience in program management OR AA/AS with minimum 7 years experience in program management OR 9 years experience in program management (in lieu of degree)
  • Requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification
  • Secret level security clearance
