Duties

Responsibilities• Examine public records and legal documents to determine property ownership and legal restrictions.• Identify and assist to resolve title defects or discrepancies.• Prepare various title reports.• Communicate primarily with internal organizational customers, but could also include correspondence to clients, lenders, and attorneys.

High School Diploma

Experience

Skills• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.• Proficiency in data entry and computer software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving situations.

• Office experience a plus.
