Commercial Escrow Assistant

(NYSE: FNF) is seeking a Commercial Escrow Assistant to join its Portland, OR office.  FNF is a leading provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries. Duties

Assists Escrow Officer with opening orders, clearing title, client communications, basic document preparation, funding conditions, recording packages and disbursements. Supports office with shared duties which may include reception and banking functions.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• Minimum of 1 year in the Commercial Real Estate space.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Exceptional verbal/written communication.

• Organizational, problem solving capability.

• Analytical skills.

• Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently.

• Detail-oriented and professional; able to handle confidential information.
