Commercial Escrow Assistant

Overview

Seeking experienced commercial escrow assistant. Experience is preferred, but we will train the right candidate.

Duties

• Processing the opening of escrows for commercial real estate transactions.• Manage timelines for escrow closings, track contingencies, and communicate updates to all parties involved.• Collect and verify wire instructions.• Review escrow documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness before processing.• Maintain organized escrow files, handle wire transfers, and assist with post-closing tasks and disbursements.

Education

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience

• 1-2 years of escrow experience preferred.
• Typing
• Microsoft Office
• SoftPro
• Smartview system experience a plus.

Additional Information

This position is eligible to earn compensation in the range of $23-$25/hourly based on location and job-related factors such as skillset and experience.
