As Reliability & Process Improvement Manager (all genders) you are an essential part of an experienced team that is responsible for accompanying exciting projects and getting our product onto the parking lots.

 

What to expect

  • Performance Analysis: You analyze the performance of our parking monitoring systems and identify anomalies in detail.

  • Optimization and Problem Solving: You implement measures to resolve issues related to license plate recognition, aiming to continuously improve quality and apply insights to new parking areas.

  • Process and Tool Development: You're passionate about actively improving existing processes. To do this, you use dashboards and analysis tools—and continue to develop them further.

  • Defining Software Features: You define necessary software features and assess their effectiveness after implementation by our engineering team.

  • Varied Responsibilities: You spend 30–40% of your time on operational tasks - the rest of your time is dedicated to exciting projects.

     

Inspire us by

  • Your Background: You have a degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.

  • Professional Experience: You have at least 2 – 3 years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or quality management.

  • Your Strengths and Interests: You have a solid understanding of data and good spatial awareness. You work with great attention to detail and have a strong eye for maintaining quality standards.

  • Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of programming languages, especially Python. Basic experience with data analysis tools such as Excel or Metabase.

  • Your Working Style: You excel at working independently and thinking in a solution-oriented way - for example, when analyzing and preparing data.

  • Language Skills: You are a strong communicator in English (at least C1) and ideally also speak German.
