We are seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon to join a newly established de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo in Laredo, TX. This role offers competitive compensation and a strong support structure, allowing you to focus on advanced orthopedic surgical care while working alongside a collaborative multidisciplinary care team.

Quick Facts• Employment Type: Full-time• Schedule / Hours: Monday–Friday, with some call coverage• Call: Shared call schedule• Patient Volume: Moderate to high patient flow• Location: Laredo, Texas• Practice Setting: New de novo clinic affiliated with Doctor Hospital of Laredo• Support / Care Team: Multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, nursing, and administrative staff• EMR / Technology: Cerner 

Responsibilities• Provide comprehensive orthopedic surgical care • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and support staff for optimal patient outcomes• Manage pre-operative and post-operative care along with surgical procedures• Document care using the clinic’s EMR

Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery• Active Texas medical license or eligibility for Texas licensure
