We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Gastroenterologist to join a hospital-employed gastroenterology practice in McAllen, Texas. This role offers a competitive salary plus performance-based incentives, allowing you to focus on delivering comprehensive GI care in a busy, high-demand setting while sharing call responsibilities with employed and community gastroenterologists in a supportive multispecialty group.

Responsibilities• Provide a full range of gastroenterology care and procedures• Collaborate with employed physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff• Manage day-to-day outpatient and procedural responsibilities• Document care accurately using EMR systems

Qualifications• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology• Active or eligible Texas Medical License• EUS/ERCP experience preferred • Spanish language skills a plus but not required
