About the role

Architecture & Design

Lead the design and architecture of large-scale network and infrastructure solutions, covering data centres, cloud, security, and connectivity.

Define end-to-end NAC strategies for secure access management.

Ensure designs align with organizational security, compliance, and availability requirements.

Prepare and review HLD (High-Level Design), LLD (Low-Level Design), and other architecture artefacts

Implementation & Integration

Lead deployments and integrations of enterprise-grade network and data centre solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate networking with security, virtualisation, cloud, and application layers.

Drive automation, standardization, and introduce best practices in network design, cloud adoption, security frameworks, and automation..

Optimization & Operations

Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management across network and data centre environments.

Provide escalation support for complex issues in WAN, LAN, Wireless, Data Centre, and NAC domains.

Perform risk assessments and propose mitigation strategies.

Governance & Strategy

Develop network and data centre roadmaps and reference architectures.

Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper, etc.) to align with business needs.

Contribute to security strategy by integrating NAC and related access security mechanisms

 

 

About you

Technical & Functional Skills & Certifications 

  • CCIE Enterprise/Data Center, Aruba ACDX, JNCIE-DC/ENT, CISSP
education, qualifications, and certifications 

  • BE / B.tech. / B.Sc. in EXTC/ Computer Science / Information Technology
Experience :

15+ years of networking experience with at least 3+ years in an architect-level role

Core Networking: Strong hands-on experience in WAN technologies (SD-WAN, MPLS, routing protocols).

Expertise in LAN architecture (switching, segmentation, high availability).

Advanced Wireless design and deployment (Wi-Fi 5/6, controllers, cloud-managed).

Proven experience in NAC solutions (Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, Juniper Access Assurance or equivalent).

Hands-on experience designing, integrating, and troubleshooting across Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper ecosystems.

Ability to design vendor-agnostic reference architectures, ensuring interoperability and flexibility.

Data Centre Networking: Expertise in Data Centre fabric technologies (Cisco ACI, VXLAN/EVPN, Juniper Apstra, Aruba CX fabric).

Strong knowledge of virtualisation and integration with hypervisors (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM).

Understanding of hybrid cloud connectivity (AWS, Azure, GCP interconnects).

Familiarity with storage networking (SAN, iSCSI, FCoE) and redundancy models

Security Knowledge: Understanding of network security fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, ZTNA concepts).

Familiarity with OEM security features in Cisco, Aruba, and Juniper ecosystems.

Additional Competencies: Network automation and programmability (Python, Ansible, APIs).

Strong documentation, solution presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. 

Ability to lead design workshops and mentor technical teams.
