About the role

key result / decision areas (outcomes) : 

• Act as Technical/Solution Expert on  Arista  Data Center Technology
• Understand complex design of DC setup & also solution suggested as per customer requirement
• Prepare Site Requirements, High Level, and Low Level Design & Acceptance test plan documents for all the assigned projects.
• Provide improvement opportunities and recommendations on different  DC setup/design & Product features.
• Lead all project activities end to end ( including HOTO) from project delievery prospective for entire DC solution.
• Owning and supporting DC migrations of Customer locations from Legacy to DC  Networking solutions.
• Provide training to operations team (L1/L2) & Support operation Manager to setup service delivery process. Strong communication skills as they will be the first level of escalation once cut-overs are completed.
• Learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technology products.
• Utilize moderate to complex lab setups to recreate and solve project implementation problems. Support in building setup for customer DEMO/POC.
• Should be highly motivated and customer focused professional
• Plan, Transition, Transformation, Green field/organic growth deployment and support.

About you

 

Technical & Functional Skills & Certifications :

• CCIE – Data Center, Arista ACE cloud Architect Level 6
• ITIL certification – would be an added advantage
• Any other DC/Networking  certifications would be an added advantage
• Excellent knowledge on :
• Routing Protocols (BGP, EIGRP and OSPF)
• VLANs, VxLAN, EVPN, IP Routing, TCP/IP

BE / B.tech. / B.Sc. in EXTC/ Computer Science / Information Technology

Experience : 

 

• 10+  years of related experience in Customer facing Organization from the SI/Telco domain.
• Design and implementation experience with a focus on Data Center, Campus, WI-FI  and Security  Arista solutions.
• Design and implement datacenters, create a strategy that allows use of containers, cloud orchestration tools for end users and developers
• Should have knowledge  and Exposure on migration technology like network centric or application centric
• Good exposure and knowledge on Arista Extensible Operating System-EOS
• Good exposure and knowledge on Arista DC Switches- X and R series Spine and  Leaf DC Switches including but not  limited to 7800R,7500R, 7300x.
• Good exposure and knowledge  on Arista EOS network stack architecture.
• Good exposure and knowledge  on Arista Cloud Networking.
• Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, VxLAN, EVPN, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, Multicast, QoS, Wi-Fi
• Working knowledge of AWS services i.e. EC2, ELB, RDS, S3, Route53, VPC
• Working knowledge of GCP services i.e Compute, Storage, Security, IAM, etc
• Knowledge of Software Defined Networks and Network Function Virtualization technologies
• Implementation and Troubleshooting experience on industry standard protocols/Technology including HSRP/VRRP/GRE/IPSEC/DMVPN
• Knowledge and exposure on automation using scripting on Python,Ansible,Rest API,Jason,Postman etc.
