MIAMI, FL & ALYS BEACH, FL: A warm, active, and deeply loving family is seeking an engaging, calm, and professional FULL-TIME LIVE-OUT NANNY to join their household in caring for their two young children; a bright, deeply feeling, highly sensitive 4-year-old daughter and an easygoing almost-3-year-old son. This is a truly unique long-term opportunity for a nurturing, emotionally intuitive caregiver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to become an important, consistent presence in the children’s lives.  The family splits their year between beautiful residences in Miami and Alys Beach, Florida, and is seeking someone who is flexible and excited by a lifestyle that follows the family seasonally. They are very open regarding start date, compensation, and overall package for the right fit, and are willing to provide a housing stipend for exceptional candidates relocating from outside the area.

This role works in tandem with the family’s current full-time nanny, either through a split schedule or potentially transitioning into a ROTA-style arrangement depending on the right dynamic and candidate preferences. The schedule will guarantee a minimum of 40 hours per week, while allowing for flexibility and teamwork between both caregivers to ensure seamless coverage and support for the household.

The ideal candidate is warm, playful, grounded, and highly engaged; someone who genuinely enjoys being active with children and creating meaningful, enriching experiences throughout the day. The family values healthy living and is seeking someone who enjoys preparing nutritious meals, spending time outdoors, facilitating creative and educational activities, and fostering a calm, emotionally supportive environment where the children feel deeply understood and encouraged. Responsibilities include providing attentive, hands-on care for both children, facilitating developmentally appropriate activities, maintaining consistency with routines and parenting philosophies, preparing healthy meals for the children, assisting with children’s laundry and organization, and helping the household run smoothly day-to-day. Candidates should have prior experience caring for multiple young children simultaneously and ideally possess a background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or similar experience supporting emotional and cognitive growth during the early years.

The family is seeking someone who is flexible, collaborative, and truly looking for a long-term fit where they can grow alongside the family for years to come. Candidates should be comfortable with travel, occasional evening availability, and adapting to evolving family schedules as needed. • BA/BS COLLEGE DEGREE | AA IN RELATED FIELD OF STUDY | OR A MINIMUM OF 5+ YEARS OF PROFESSIONAL NANNY EXPERIENCE
• UP TO DATE FIRST-AID & CPR CERTIFICATION (WILLINGNESS TO RENEW AS NEEDED)
• THE ABILITY TO MAKE A ONE-YEAR COMMITMENT UNLESS APPLYING FOR A TEMPORARY POSITION
• A PASSION FOR WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• 5+ YEARS OF CHILDCARE EXPERIENCE IN ANY FIELD
• EXCELLENT WORK AND PERSONAL REFERENCES
