Position Purpose: to support the office manager and the office management team in all duties to ensure our NYC office keeps running as smoothly as possible.

- Assisting with daily office tasks, checking all office amenities are in working order (lights, equipment, AV, toilets, coffee machines, drinks machines, access control etc.)
- Ensuring the office is kept clear of rubbish and presentable at all times
- Checking meeting rooms to ensure correct equipment is located
- Stocking pantries with drinks and foods and preparing set up for special meetings and events (food/drinks/equipment)
- Dealing with deliveries of equipment/stock/ad hoc items ordered by staff
- Welcoming visitors and clients into the office and showing them to their desk or their meeting rooms
- Supporting the team with any ad hoc tasks or requests
- Collaborating with IT and HR for onboarding and offboarding requests
- Coordinate company events, celebrations, and company supported charity work.
- Must have the ability to comfortably lift 25lbs.

Hiring Salary Range $50,000 - $52,000. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data.) Subject to business performance and recommendations of management, this role may be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan. This compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
