The role

We're looking for a customer advocate to join our passionate team. We are committed to recruiting knowledgeable, friendly, and motivated people who are enthusiastic to deliver top-notch service.

What you need to have

  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

  • Customer-orientated approach

  • Good time management and multitasking skills

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

 

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry

  • Fluency in another language

  

What you'll do

  • Communicate with clients in English/Bulgarian

  • Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email

  • Help clients get acquainted with our app

  • Troubleshoot account-related issues

  • Channel client’s feedback

  • Working on a 24/7 schedule, organized in shifts
