Responsibilities
- Own the design and delivery of scalable, production-ready systems
- Write clean, maintainable code that aligns with modern architecture practices
- Drive engineering excellence: CI/CD, automated testing, code quality
- Ensure systems are reliable, observable, and optimized for real-world usage
- Work closely with clients to deliver solutions that create measurable impact
- Lead small teams - delegate effectively, communicate, and develop others
- Proactively identify and address issues outside of direct responsibility
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with .NET
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role
- Experience with TypeScript, Angular (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and serverless architecture
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server preferred)
- Experience with observability tools (e.g. Datadog)
- Experience with feature flagging implementation
- Familiarity with AI tools and applications
- Experience with automated testing strategies
- AI proficiency
- Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
