ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Technical Account Managers are customer-facing technical advisors and architects who own long-term customer success and value realization for Acceldata’s strategic enterprise accounts.
Our TAMs act as trusted technical advisors and architects, partnering closely with Strategic Account Managers, Product, and Engineering teams to translate customer business priorities into multi-quarter technical success plans, align product capabilities with customer needs, and enable predictable account expansion. This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on outcomes for both the customer and Acceldata.
