What You'll Do:

• Respond to service calls specifically related to HVAC equipment still under warranty.
• Evaluate whether repairs are covered under the warranty terms.
• Inspect malfunctioning HVAC units to determine cause of failure.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify issues in heating, cooling, ventilation, or control systems.
• Perform repairs or replacements of parts as needed
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety codes.
• Complete detailed warranty paperwork
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and warranty providers.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of residential HVAC Service experience
• Valid DL
• Proficient knowledge in different models of HVAC systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent Communication and customer service skills

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs.) frequently.
• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, and varying weather conditions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
