職務概要

Emerging Enterprise Account Executiveは、日本国内の中堅〜大手企業を対象に、新規ビジネスの創出と既存顧客の拡大を担う重要なポジションです。

本ポジションでは、主にパートナー経由での営業活動を中心に、Sales Engineer、BDR、Renewals、Partnerチームなどのクロスファンクショナルな組織と連携しながら、戦略的なアカウントマネジメントを推進していただきます。

主な業務内容

• パートナー主導の営業モデルを通じて、担当エンタープライズアカウントの拡大・成長を推進
• 既存顧客のRenewalおよびUpsell / Cross-sell機会の創出
• パートナーおよび社内関係者と連携した戦略的アカウントプランニング
• BDRやパートナーと連携した新規案件創出
• Sales Engineer、Renewals、Partnerチームとの協業
• Salesforceを活用したパイプライン管理およびForecast運営
• MEDDPICCなどUiPath営業手法の活用

応募要件(Must Have)

• IT業界での営業経験
• 部門、部署間を横断したコミュニケーション能力
• タイムマネジメント能力
• SalesforceなどCRM利用経験
• Automation First / AI活用への興味関心

歓迎要件(Nice to Have)

• パートナー営業経験
• AE, BDR、Renewal、Consultingなどのバックグラウンド
• IT商材の営業経験 (B2B, B2C問わず)
• 英語に抵抗がない方
