Sales Representative

Overview

Interbeton, has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Representative in Patra, Greece. This role involves managing a customer portfolio with a focus on profitability, market segment penetration, and growth potential, in alignment with the company's guidelines and commercial strategies. The Sales Representative will report directly to the Area Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts while promoting and selling Interbeton products to potential customers.
• Identify and establish relationships with new clients to expand the customer base.
• Address and resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Foster robust and long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain data regarding market trends, competitor actions, and pricing strategies.
• Make direct client visits and ensure diligent follow-ups to monitor the growth of their accounts.
• Track sales metrics within assigned territory, ensuring they align with corporate objectives.
• Safeguard the company's interests by ensuring timely and full collection of customer debts as per the corporate credit policy.
• Adhere to TITAN's safety & environmental policies, endorsing best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior commercial experience is mandatory.
• Previous sales experience within the construction industry (concrete, aggregates, paving, etc.) or firsthand construction experience will be a significant asset.
• Customer centric mindset
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a client-driven philosophy
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• A customer-centric approach to work.
• Ability to build and maintain successful relationships, demonstrating respect and openness to others.
• Fluency in both Greek and English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Driving License
• Military service obligations (if any) must be fulfilled.
