What You’ll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and patients
• Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions
• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients, doctors, and support staff
• Help create a positive and efficient client experience from check-in through check-out
• Support the veterinary team in delivering outstanding patient care
