• Schedule: Four weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
• Support patient check-in and check-out processes
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records
• Communicate hospital services, policies, and recommendations clearly
• Provide exceptional customer service and client support
• Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow
• Help create a positive experience for every client and patient visit
