What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with questions and scheduling
  • Take messages and communicate effectively with the veterinary team
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and compassionate client support
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices, payments, and cash transactions
  • Educate clients about hospital services and patient care recommendations
  • Support hospital workflow and maintain a positive client experience
  • Practice proper infection control and hospital safety protocols
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and coworkers
  • Help create a welcoming, supportive environment for pets and their families
