Position Details

Role: Veterinary ReceptionistStatus: Full-TimeSalary: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experienceSchedule: Four ten-hour shifts. Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
• Answer phones and manage high call volume efficiently
• Schedule appointments across a multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in and out accurately
• Review estimates and invoices with clarity and confidence
• Collect payments and process transactions accurately
• Communicate hospital policies and service recommendations clearly
• Coordinate closely with technicians and doctors to maintain smooth patient flow
• Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas
• Follow up with clients via calls, texts, or emails as needed
• Document communication accurately in medical records
