Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: full-time
• Salary: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm. Rotating Saturdays 8:00 – 1:30 PM

What You’ll Do

• Greet clients, patients, and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, and manage communications
• Process payments, balance the cash drawer, and manage client accounts
• Maintain accurate patient records and obtain prior medical history
• Perform basic triage and direct urgent or emergency cases appropriately
• Keep the reception and lobby areas clean, organized, and welcoming
