As a Senior iOS Engineer, You will l play a pivotal role in crafting the future of our iOS application, leading the development and maintenance of core systems while mentoring a talented team of engineers. Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Innovate: Design, develop, and maintain new features and systems that elevate the user experience.

• Own Your Domain: Take full responsibility for the performance, reliability, and scalability of the systems your team owns.

• Craft Quality Code: Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that seamlessly integrates with other components.

• Champion Performance: Continuously optimize the app for speed, efficiency, and security.

• Lead & Inspire: Guide and mentor fellow engineers, cultivating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

• Stay Ahead: Keep up with the latest iOS technologies, trends, and best practices to ensure our app remains cutting-edge.

• Collaborate Seamlessly: Partner with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create intuitive, performant, and accessible experiences.

• Test & Validate: Write comprehensive unit and integration tests, and promote rigorous testing practices throughout the team.

• Align with the Vision: Work closely with product management to refine requirements and ensure features align with business goals.

• Curiosity & Growth: Actively seek diverse perspectives, ask questions, and embrace feedback.

• Build the Team: Participate in the hiring process to attract and select top-tier talent.

• Ensure Production Readiness: Own the launch and post-launch performance of your systems.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of commercial iOS development experience, preferably in a product-driven company.

• Expert-level Swift and SwiftUI proficiency.

• Deep understanding of UIKit and essential CocoaTouch APIs.

• Proven experience integrating RESTful APIs into client-server applications.

• Familiarity with architectural patterns like MVP, MVVM, MVC, UDF, and Clean.

• Skilled in code testing, performance optimization, and memory leak debugging.

• Hands-on experience with in-app purchases, Notification Extensions, and HealthKit.

• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience with tools like Bitrise or Fastlane.

• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship skills.

• Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

Nice to Have:

• Practical experience with TCA and a solid understanding of TCA architecture.
