✅ Implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist✅ Help residents regain independence and confidence✅ Maintain documentation & productivity standards✅ Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team✅ Build meaningful relationships with residents and families

Qualifications

🎓 Graduate of an accredited COTA program📜 Active Illinois license OR ability to obtain (we can guide you!)💡 Rehab or long-term care experience is a plus — not required
