  • Contribute to coordination with internal disciplines including engineering, interiors, and planning.
  • Edit specifications and discipline reports to ensure consistency and technical accuracy.
  • Apply and continue developing proficiency in applicable building codes, zoning ordinances, fire regulations, and aviation-related standards (e.g., airport authority guidelines).
  • Support quality control efforts and assist with responding to comments during design reviews.
  • Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional architectural experience, including work on small to moderate-sized projects.

  • Working knowledge of architectural design principles, building systems, and documentation standards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with project team members and coordinate across disciplines.
  • Demonstrated ability to apply standard methodologies and procedures with sound judgment under general supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB-accredited program.
  • Progress toward architectural licensure (ARE eligibility or in progress).
  • Prior experience supporting aviation, transportation, or complex building projects.
  • Familiarity with airport environments, including coordination requirements and phased construction considerations.
