Hands-On Experience:

As a trainee, you will work side by side with Agents and Executives across genres and audiences. You will be involved in real projects that drive the industry forward and get firsthand exposure to booking, tour management, ticketing, and marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

• Passion for Music: You do more than listen. You are motivated to help create successful tours and make sure shows connect with audiences.

• Relevant Experience: Internships or experience in the music industry, especially booking, tour routing, or ticket sales, is valued.

• Creative Problem-Solving: You think outside the box and are excited to tackle challenges in new and innovative ways.

• Strong Communication Skills: You express yourself clearly on the phone, over email, and in person.

• Organizational Skills: You thrive managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with digital tools and have a keen interest in how technology is shaping the future of entertainment.
