NorthStar is seeking a Full-Time CRNA to join our experienced anesthesia team in Downtown Louisville! This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative care-team model with a diverse case mix and enjoy excellent work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $227K base salary

  • $19K Quality Incentive

  • $90K sign-on bonus for a 3/yr commitment

  • 8 weeks PTO

  • Cardiac

  • Endoscopy

  • GI

  • Neuro

  • OB covered by a separate team
