Currently, we are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead (Acquisition) for Loio.

About Loio

Loio is an AI-powered platform for working with legal documents and agreements. One place to create, edit, sign, and manage contracts β€” from templates and PDF editing to e-signatures and AI-driven document analysis.

The product is built for lawyers, legal departments, small businesses, and entrepreneurs β€” primarily in the US market. Subscription-based SaaS with both B2C and B2B elements, with a clear strategic direction toward B2B. Vision for the next 1-2 years: become the software for organising deals β€” from idea, to negotiation, to contract signing, to payment.

Culture is startup-minded: decisions are made fast, everyone has a real impact on the product, no unnecessary bureaucracy. No "family culture" talk β€” instead honest respect for personal time and space.

The roadmap is packed for the year ahead and there's dedicated dev force allocated for marketing projects.

The Role

Loio has a content team, an SEO team, and freelancers running paid channels. What's missing is the person who sees the full picture β€” connects all of these, understands the efficiency of each channel, and takes ownership of turning all this marketing into revenue for the business.

That's what this role is about.

This isn't about running ad accounts well β€” there are specialists for that. This is about building the system around them: what channels, what funnels, how it all converts into money, and who to hire to make it work. The company is ready to shape the org structure around the right person.

As the first Growth Marketing Lead in the company, you'll have full ownership of the acquisition function β€” and a clear path to CMO.

What You'll Own

Growth strategy

  • Develop and own the marketing strategy with a primary focus on acquisition

  • Build a hypothesis roadmap β€” continuous experimentation, always testing

  • Establish frameworks for scaling what works and cutting what doesn't

Funnel ownership

  • Build acquisition funnels from scratch across key channels

  • Drive subscription conversion and revenue impact β€” not just traffic metrics

Team and coordination

  • Manage freelancers across paid channels β€” task assignment and performance evaluation

  • Hire and onboard inhouse UAM as your first direct report

  • Coordinate cross-functional work with content, SEO, product and engineering to deliver marketing experiments

  • Work directly with founders on strategy and budget decisions

Reporting and analytics

  • Build full-funnel reporting across all channels and traffic sources

  • Use data to make fast decisions on budget, creative, and audience strategy

  • Work with analytics tools to surface insights and drive action

Who We're Looking For

You started in paid acquisition β€” you know funnels, channels, and what it takes to drive real results. But you've grown beyond execution. You think in terms of strategy, you've managed people, and you're ready to own a function, not just a channel.

  • Experience in the B2B SaaS industry.

  • Hands-on experience with one or more acquisition channels (preferably PPC and SMM).

  • Strong management skills, including stakeholder, team, and project management.

  • Expertise in building funnels and conducting hypothesis testing.

  • Advanced command of various analytics tools (GA, BigQuery, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.) is essential.

  • Thinks in terms of business outcomes β€” revenue, ROMI, and profit, not just channel metrics.

  • Fluent in English.

  • A proven track record of building marketing strategies from zero would be a significant advantage.

  • Experience launching marketing channels from scratch and scaling them into sustainable drivers of user acquisition.
