We’re seeking a Neurodiagnostic Technologist to join our team! The Technologist performs a variety of neurodiagnostic procedures including EEG, EMG/NCS, and sleep studies. This role involves patient care, education, documentation, and support for clinic operations. You’ll have a positive impact on patients by ensuring quality testing, compliance with healthcare standards, and contribute to continuous improvement.Â

Responsibilities
- Perform EEG, NCS/EMG, and sleep study procedures, preparing patients, applying electrodes, and ensuring comfort and safety.Â
- Identify normal and abnormal findings, troubleshoot equipment issues, and document notable activity for physician review.Â
- Maintain, clean, calibrate, and troubleshoot neurodiagnostic equipment; provide oncall coverage as scheduled.Â
- Deliver compassionate, appropriate care across neonatal through geriatric populations while protecting patient privacy and confidentiality.Â
- Accurately document patient history, test data, and reports in the EHR while ensuring compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CLIA, TJC, and DNV standards.Â
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in meetings and education, and assist in training students or new staff.Â
Qualifications
Education:Â Â
- High School diploma or equivalent is requiredÂ
- Graduate of accredited Neurodiagnostic/END program is preferred; enrollment in a CAAHEP- accredited program is acceptableÂ
Experience:Â Â
- Must have a minimum of 6 months of neurodiagnostic technology experience or supervised trainingÂ
- One (1) or more years of clinical neurodiagnostic experience is preferredÂ
License(s)/Certification(s):Â
- Required Upon Hire:Â
- Electro Neurodiagnostic Technician Registry eligibleÂ
- Required within 90 Days of HireÂ
- Child Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing care Â
- Adult Dependent Abuse Mandatory Reporter Training in state(s) where providing careÂ
- Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification American Heart Association (AHA)Â
